Rukmini Devi College of Engineering and Allied Sciences, is promoted by Seth Pokhar Mal Educational Society (SPMES), which was established in 1986 and runs institutions of repute under the name ‘Rukmini Devi’ in Delhi. The campus is located on NH-1 on a land measuring just over 10 acres. The college is well connected to Delhi.

Rukmini Devi College of Engineering and Allied Sciences (RDCEAS), approved by AICTE, is promoted by Seth Pokhar Mal Educational Society, which was established in 1986 and runs educational institutions of repute under the name 'Rukmini Devi' in Delhi. The College campus is aesthetically designed with state of the art facilities with 24-hour power back. It is located on the main GT Road NH-1, near Bahalgarh (Sonepat) in the neighbourhood of Delhi on a land measuring over 20 acres and is well connected to Delhi.
Engineering is amongst the few professions where creativity and ingenuity knows no bounds. If you are looking for challenging opportunities in diverse fields, then engineering is the most ideal profession for you. While financial security should not be the only reason for choosing a career in engineering, but engineering graduates do receive one of highest starting salaries of any discipline. Engineers play an important role in the development of the nation and add to its international stature in a big way. Not only is the nation relying increasingly on technology for economic growth and job development, but it is refocusing a significant amount of its technology investment to international economic competitiveness. This paradigm shift will create increasing opportunities to innovate new products and widen the job markets for the aspiring engineers.
The Society has been in the field of education for the last over 25 years and has been successfully running educational institutions of repute in Delhi and elsewhere by the name of 'Rukmini Devi'. The placement division is centrally controlled at Delhi.  We have very good placement record and to date we have been visited by 1000+ companies during the last 10 years at our group institutions. The College would continue to groom its students for most suitable and coveted placements.
